Description
To deep in the study of biological mechanisms involved in the activation of the immune system, in order to explain some of the biological aberrations linked to Lysosomal disorders.
1. To analyze the function of macrophages focused in patients with Gaucher disease. the profile of cytokine production by macrophages. To study capacity of antigen presentation to CD4 and CD8 T the pattern of activation of B lymphocytes, the role of T cell, study of NK cells and to correlate the expression patterns with clinical expression and clinical complications often associated with Gaucher disease: hyperferritinemia ,gammopathy, inflammatory arthritis, underactive gland,neoplasms.
2.- To analyze the implications of immune system in the main manifestations of Fabry disease.
